The Consequently of Have Rushing Lifestyle

Some people there who have always in a hurry behavior ranging from getting out of bed until late evening. But this practice should be avoided because it can affect health.

People who are always in a hurry is defined as the behavior of an action-emotion complex (The Type A behavior pattern / TABP), which is stimulated by a particular environment.

Trait that almost always arises is impatience, aggressive, like being chased time, anxiety and conduct activities quickly.

In addition, this hasty behavior also affects heart health. A study conducted in 1981 by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute concluded that people with Type A behavior was associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease (CHD).

Behavior like a rush now recognized as one of the significant risk factor for heart attack, this is because when in a hurry someone will experience higher stress levels.

It is known that high stress levels can affect the value of blood pressure associated with heart health. And these conditions also make a person addicted to adrenaline, the hormone that is released when a person is experiencing stress.

When people experience stress, the hypothalamus in the brain will trigger both the adrenal stress hormone and non-adrenaline, which then would lead to increased heart rate, increased blood pressure which resulted in injury to the artery wall and formation of clots in blood vessels, and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries arterial blood).

Besides affecting the heart conditions, often in a hurry also make a person susceptible to injury such as falling or tripping due to not pay attention to the environment, do not focus on doing the job because of lack of concentration, such as making mistakes or forgetfulness, and interfere with metabolic processes because of the time people will rush eat quickly and not chewing food properly.

For that you should avoid behavior is always in a hurry to learn how to manage time better yet like waking up early, prepare all the needs in the morning at night, and do not put off work so they can better focus and reduce stress.
